Introduction Welcome to the Small Town Tech Hub, a platform designed to facilitate service requests and provide a seamless user experience. By using the Small Town Tech Hub, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. Please read them carefully. Access and Use of the Service Upon scanning the QR code provided, the Hub will open in your device's web browser, allowing you to add it to your home screen. The service is compatible with Apple, Android, Windows, and Mac devices. Permissions and Data Access The Hub does not have access to files or data stored on your device. Certain forms within the Hub may request specific permissions to fulfill their intended functions. For example, the "Work Ticket" form may require access to your camera to capture an image. The app will request permission accordingly, but Small Town Tech will not gain access to your data until you submit it. Data Transmission and Storage Data is transmitted to Small Town Tech only upon submission. Your submissions can be reviewed in the "My Submissions" section within the Hub. Small Town Tech will not share any of the data you submit with any third-party vendors. Cookies and Third-Party Services Small Town Tech has not developed or implemented any cookies within the Hub app. However, our vendors and third-party asset creators may use cookies, such as JotForm, Weebly, and Facebook. These cookies are utilized to enhance your user experience, provide relevant content, and analyze user behavior. By using the Hub, you acknowledge and agree to the use of these third-party cookies. Please note that we are not responsible for the cookie policies or privacy practices of these external vendors and third-party asset creators. Small Town Tech provides services exclusively to customers who subscribe to our managed services, such as Pro+Tech and Network Monitoring. Hourly rates are applicable for labor requests. Upon receiving a request, a technician will make initial contact to clarify the work details being requested. Changes to Terms of Service and Privacy Notice We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service and Privacy Notice at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the Small Town Tech Hub following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Jim Yount and Jaci Nagle represented the Koochiching Technology Initiative at the International Falls City Council meeting on February21st to talk about expanding broadband on Highway 332. The city council was very receptive and voted to approve the financial commitment.
