Pro+Tech Business is designed to grow with your business. We realize a baker doesn't have the same technology support needs as a law firm and they have different needs than a non-profit. We assess your technology needs and provide solutions that fit your specific business. 

We want to earn your trust and in order to do that we provide detailed reporting to show that we are keep our end of the deal. A designated account executive will assist you by being a direct point of contact for you or your IT management team and provide customization and tweaks to your service settings. Pro+Tech Endpoint Agent
We manage your computers at a price point that is designed with your cost and Pro+Tech's value in mind. Every endpoint in your organization is provided with managed cyber security protection and hardware monitoring and software updates.

​Hardware Monitoring
Our hardware monitoring agent can detect issues like hard drive failure and CPU overload before they become a major problem and fix them. Time that is spent on automatic or manual remediation of a hardware alert is included in the monthly endpoint pricing. Physical hardware costs are not included. 

Managed Anti-virus and Cyber Security
Protect your your data from malicious cyber attacks with managed antivirus installed on your endpoints. Managed AV includes: real time scanning, daily full and quick scans, virus definition updates, uninstall protection, and scheduled reporting.

Patch Management
Pro+Tech manages your Windows, Mac, and Linux operating system updates. We also patch many major software programs to ensure latest security and features updates are installed and set up properly. 

Asset Management
Easily add new assets to your Pro+Tech subscription with an installer that is specific to your organization at anytime. We will confirm the endpoint was installed intentionally and automatically adjust your billing. You will receive a monthly executive summary of all of your assets and through our online portal you or your IT management team will be able to see software and hardware information related to your assets.

Help Desk Access
You and your employees will receive tech support through our integrated help desk with our systray application. Embed our help desk portal into your companies online work environment or use a dedicated custom portal for your business with special user groups for organizations with many different types of employees. Access is included but labor is billed separately.

File Backup
File backup is integrated into our Pro+Tech Endpoint Agent and requires no additional software. Pro+Tech File Backup is billed in 60GB blocks that can be pooled across all or some of your organizations endpoints. Keep up to 30 file revisions for up to 30 days incase you need to revert to a previous save point. Bandwidth for the backup service is throttled during regular business hours to significantly reduce the amount of network resources that your backup services consumes. File backup is often the right backup solution for endpoints that have work files on the hard drive and the majority of work environments are cloud based. Cloud file backup is not recommended for servers or computers that uptime is mission critical.

All data is encrypted in motion and at rest via secure AES 256 Bit end-to-end encryption and is stored in the USA(or Canada for our customers north of the border). Pro+Tech's security practices adhere to and exceed the strictest standards for data protection compliance practices.

Network Management
Our team is ready to support you through all of the phases of network management. We install, service, configure, maintain, and monitor networks.

Installation
Small Town Tech is a licensed low voltage installer and installs Ubiquiti network equipment and integrated IP DVR Systems.
$100 per hour Low Voltage Rate

Service
We fully support our network installations but can also provide support for your existing networks including providing onsite support for your remotely based network internal management team.

Configure
Do you have existing network equipment that hasn't been recently managed by a professional? We can configure your current equipment to meet your security needs or recommend network equipment that provides the capabilities that you need. Due to the variation in network equipment, an estimate is generated on an individual basis.

Maintain
Receive a contract rate for schedule and break/fix maintenance.

Level 1 Network Support - troubleshooting provided by a network technician: adding a SSID, changing a password, firmware updates, basic network security, DNS, DHCP, and static IP configuration
$60 per hour billed in 5 minute increments

Level 2 Network Support - Troubleshooting provided by a network administrator: Advanced networks
$85 per hour billed in 5 minute increments

Monitor
Unifi Network Monitoring and Firewall
$20 per site and $2 per network device per month

Non-Unifi Network Management
We can monitor your existing network equipment and IP enabled devices through Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) with scheduled reporting and automated alerts.

Help Desk and Tech Support
Pro+Tech Customers receive a special labor rate of $60 per hour. That low rate applies to remote tech support, in shop repair, and onsite tech support for all level one tech support. The Pro+Tech labor rate is the only rate that is billed in 5 minute increments. That saves you money and encourages you and your employees to utilize us when a task can be handled more cost effectively by our technicians. 

Pro+Tech's ticketing system is easy to use and can be accessed by our website or a portal integrated into you current online work environment.. You will also be able to submit tickets by phone or Livechat with our technicians during business hours through our Pro+Tech web portal. Start work tickets directly from your SysTray with our Pro+Tech software.

Remote Employees
Remote worker present a unique set of security risks. On top of a good Electronic Use Agreement your employees need managed antivirus, network security, and remote desktop access. We recommend that all of your companies equipment have our Pro+Tech agent installed and a requirement for employees that are using their personal equipment. Pooled data backup is available based on your companies needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a guarantee?
No computer is 100% secure from viruses and most are allowed in unknowingly by the user. Protech gets you as close to 100% secure as possible. We offer additional on going training that teaches you the basics of internet and technology security.
How often is my computer backed up?
On the Protech Business and Protech Enterprise plans, computers will be backed up after the initial installation. After that, new files and applications will be backed up daily and as new files are created and modified. The latest 5 revisions of a file are backed up.
Does this work on all devices?
Protech is available for all computers - Windows PCs, Macs, Servers, and most networking equipment. Protech does not work on tablets or phones at this time but we can offer remote tech support for android and IOS devices by contacting us.
How do you provide Antivirus protection?
Protech is backed by a global cybersecurity leader that protects over 500 million systems in more than 150 countries. Bitdefender provides real-time threat protection with active scanning and preventative measures.
Will Protech slow down my computer?
No, your computer's performance should only improve with Protech. In fact, you will barely notice Protech is continually working in the background to scan your computer and ensure optimal performance. In the rare instances where your internet connection is slowed we can throttle services like patch management and speed up your computer by prioritizing update traffic bandwidth during off peak hours. 
What makes Protech different from other options?
Protech is far more than just a robust antivirus program. Additional features are in place to enhance the performance of your computer, identify and repair system issues before you know they are there. Protech also offers access to live, remote help desk from a friendly, knowledgable technician in the U.S. 

When you're on our Protech Business plans, your computer is more than just protected from malware and maintained for peak performance. There is a complete copy of it saved on a secure system. Theft, accidental damage, or even natural disasters will not slow down your business.
CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?
Yes, you can cancel or downgrade your account at any time.
Are there any annoying pop ups?
Nope! There are no annoying pop ups with Protech. Besides a more efficient computer, you will hardly know it's there.

We will disable other virus protection services (such as MalwareBytes, Avast, etc) that are known for bombarding you with pop ups. Having two or more antivirus programs running can actually provide less security so we do not recommend it. If you continue to get pop-ups for other services, let us know and we can disable them remotely.
What happens after my free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial.

​After your free 14-day trial, your credit card will be automatically charged. There is no contract and you can cancel anytime.
